Product introduction

This product uses the premix formula of the upper glue and the lower glue, without the traditional method of calculating the amount of liquid added to the multi-component process, just need equal volume mixing, and add the improved coagulant in the kit can gel, simple and fast.The upper layer tape is in color (red or green), and the sample hole is clear and easy to identify, which is convenient for sampling.This product is provided with an improved coagulant, with better stability and catalytic efficiency, no need to add TEMED in the process of dispensing, to avoid bad odor.At the same time, the coagulant is convenient to save, only 4℃ can be stored, after opening the cover can keep the effectiveness of more than 3 months.

Product features

1. Color superglue: red or green superglue can be prepared, the sample hole is clear and easy to distinguish, convenient to sample and distinguish different gels.

2. Short gluing process: one or more pieces of color PAGE gel can be quickly configured, without complicated calculation and configuration, just mix the same volume of gel solution and buffer solution, and add a little coagulant, easy to operate.

3. Stable and environmental protection: the coagulant has no TEMED component, which can avoid bad odor and is more stable. It can be stably preserved at 4 degrees.Gel uniform, good elasticity, not fragile, electrophoretic protein band beautiful.

4. Clear bands: small molecule protein bands are clearer.

Glue making process (take a piece of 0.75/1.0/1.5mm mini glue as an example)

1. Take an equal volume of the underlayer glue solution and the underlayer glue buffer solution, 2.0/2.7/4.0ml each, and mix them;

2. Add 40/60/80 μL modified coagulant to the mixed solution in Step 1 and mix.(Note that when the room temperature is higher than 20℃, the added amount of improved coagulant can be halved to prevent rapid condensation of gel)

3. The step 2 mixture injection system in the glass glue, liquid level and short glass along the distance is longer than the comb tooth can be 0.5 cm (note: this solution is too much, do not all injection, can be a little in plastic cup, to determine the glue solidification condition), adding suitable amount of water or alcohol, such as isopropyl alcohol, n-butyl alcohol, etc.) covering on the lower rubber;

4. After the lower layer of glue is solidified (about 5~10 min), remove the upper layer of water or alcohol and blot the residual water or alcohol with filter paper strips;Note: When there is a ray of refraction between the water (alcohol) and the gelatin, the gelatin is said to be set.

5. Take equal volume of superlayer glue solution and color superlayer glue buffer solution, each 0.5/0.75/1.0mL, and mix well;Note: Due to the special physical and chemical properties of the dye, please shake well before use

6. Add 10/15/20 μL of modified coagulant to the mixed solution in Step 5 and mix.

7. Pour the mixed solution of Step 6 into the rubber glass plate and insert into the comb;

8. After the upper glue is solidified (about 10~15 min), the comb teeth can be removed for electrophoresis.Note: Use a freshly prepared electrophoresis buffer whenever possible

Preservation conditions

The product is transported at room temperature;Stored at 4℃ (modified coagulant stored at -20℃) for one year;(The improved coagulant can be stored for 3 months at 4℃)
