Goat anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(specific for IHC)Polyclonal Antibody,OneStep polymer HRP,ready to use

IHC shows positive staining in paraffin-embedded stromal of human breast cancer. Anti-Vimentin antibody(abs171412) was used at 1/2000 dilution, and then the goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) is incubated at room temperature for 15-30 minutes (the incubation time can be appropriately adjusted according to the actual use). Counterstained with hematoxylin. Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH9.0 was performed before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

Counterstained with hematoxylin.
