Product Description:

The unique binding solution/proteinase K rapidly lyses cells and inactivates intracellular nucleases, and then the genomic DNA is selectively adsorbed on the silicon matrix membrane in the centrifugation column in the state of high disorder salt, and then through a series of rapid rinsing-centrifugation steps, the inhibitor removal solution and the rinsing solution remove impurities such as cell metabolites and proteins, and finally the low-salt elution buffer elutes the pure genomic DNA from the silicon matrix membrane.

 

Product Features:

(1) Good repeatability: The silicon matrix membranes in the centrifugal adsorption column are all imported special adsorption membranes, and the difference in adsorption capacity between columns is extremely small. Overcomes the drawback of unstable membrane quality.

(2) Multiple column rinsing ensures high purity. The typical ratio of OD260/OD280 is 7 ~ 1.9, and the length can reach 30kb-50kb. It can be directly used for PCR, Southern-blot and various enzyme digestion reactions.
