Proteomics Sample Preparation Solutions-From Protein to Peptide

Proteomics sample preparation can provide methodological support for studying protein structure, interaction mapping, studying epigenetics, finding disease markers and expanding tumor screening at the protein level; Before using the mass spectrometer, a set of mature and stable sample preparation methods can be explored to ensure the quality and consistency of the identification results.
Sample Type
Cell samples: including suspended cells and adherent cells, etc., appropriate lysis methods and extraction methods should be selected according to cell types.
Tissue samples: cover animal tissues (such as heart, liver, spleen, kidney, lung, etc.), plant tissues (such as leaves, flowers, fruits, seeds, roots, bark, etc.) and mollusks (such as schistosomiasis, trichinella spiralis, etc.), which need to be properly treated, such as cutting, washing, quick freezing, etc., to ensure the integrity of samples and the efficiency of protein extraction.
Liquid samples: There are plasma or serum (low-abundance protein needs to be enriched first), saliva, tears, urine, milk, cerebrospinal fluid, ascites, etc. The collection, processing and preservation methods of different liquid samples have their own characteristics.
Plasma Low Abundance Protein Enrichment Magnetic Bead Kit
Based on the method of immunomagnetic bead capture, the circulating proteins in plasma samples are enriched, which can reduce the effect of high-abundance proteins on the signal coverage of low-abundance proteins in downstream proteomics detection, thereby improving the signal strength of low-abundance proteins, and improving the repeatability of protein identification quantity and quantification.
