Inhistamine receptor inhibitors
Why are some people allergic to fish? Some people are allergic to fish, as long as the consumption of a little fish, it is possible to have a rash, itchy skin and other allergic phenomena, where is the problem?
Because they lack an enzyme that breaks down histamine in fish;Once histamine is absorbed by the body and enters the immune system, it can cause allergies. Most people have enzymes that break down histamine, so they don't have allergies. It is worth noting that ingestion of more histamine than the body can tolerate can lead to anaphylaxis.
Histamine receptor
Histamine is an active amine compound. It causes a wide range of cellular reactions, including allergies, inflammation and stomach acid secretion, and can affect nerve conduction in the brain.
There are three subtypes of histamine receptors in the body: H1, H2 and H3. Most of the H1 receptors are distributed in capillaries, bronchus and intestinal smooth muscle. When H1 receptors are activated, they can cause allergic urticaria, pruritus accompanied by vascular nerve edema, laryngospasm and bronchospasm.H2 receptor is mainly distributed in gastric parietal cells and vascular smooth muscle cells, which can promote gastric acid secretion and telangiectasia. The role of the H3 receptor is still being studied.
